Prof. Dr. Katharina Zweig

Professor at Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU)

Katharina studied biochemistry. While studying bioinformatics, she did her PhD in theoretical computer science. As a postdoc, she delved into statistical physics at the ELTE University, Budapest, Hungary. After leading a junior research group at University of Heidelberg, she joined the TU Kaiserslautern as a professor in 2012. She is researching how humans can make better decisions with machines from a technological, societal and philosophical perspective.
