Hayri is Head of Growth at Gestalt Robotics – one of the leading providers for technology and services in AI driven automation for industrial purposes. Previously he served as Manager of the Siemens Research & Innovation Ecosystem at Technische Universität (TU) Berlin – the strategic alliance linking Siemens, TU Berlin and other partners. Since 2017, he co-established the Werner-von-Siemens Centre for Industry and Science, leading the project on part of the TU Berlin as well as various other projects between TU Berlin and Siemens AG. Furthermore, he is co-founder of a small beverage start-up and a research associate at the Chair of Strategic Management at TU Berlin. He holds an M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from TU Berlin focusing on clean energy, data science, entrepreneurship and strategic management. He has also studied at the University of California Santa Barbara, London School of Economics, Linköping University and is a Climate KIC alumnus.
