Sabine Wiesmüller, PhD, currently serves as Director of AI (Europe) at Start2Group (formerly German Entrepreneurship) and continues as Managing Director of the Bodensee Innovation Cluster, a company network in the Lake Constance region, which she co-founded in 2018.
As Director of AI at Start2Group, she focuses on three main fields of activity:
1) Supporting DeepTech startups from around the globe in scaling (responsibly) into new markets.
2) Building a strong AI ecosystem across Europe.
3) Enabling German SMEs and corporates in their AI adoption journey, whether through internal prototyping and incubation or Venture Clienting.
In addition to many years of practical experience in consulting, ecosystem management, and entrepreneurship, she is an associated senior researcher and lecturer at Zeppelin University. There, the trained AI ethics expert teaches and conducts research on digital entrepreneurship, responsible innovation, AI governance, and AI ethics.
