Since its founding in 1985, Wuyi University has been dedicated to expanding and sharing knowledge, inspiring innovation, and serving society.
The University, which is based in Jiangmen (Guangdong Province, China), has an enrollment of over 24,000 candidates, including undergraduate, and graduate students. Covering nearly 200 acres in famous hometown of overseas Chinese, Wuyi University is a modern comprehensive university with a wide array of programs, departments, schools, centers, and many affiliated organizations.
There are 17 colleges, 77 subjects, which are overseen by the seven academic divisions: engineering, literature, law, sciences, arts and etc. With over 1000 employees, the university enjoys a reputation as leading science and engineering university, owning several renowned R&D centers for Humanities and Social Science Studies, Engineering + Technology Studies as well as Intangible Cultural Heritage Studies.
