CSO & Head of Public Sector I Capgemini Invent

As an Executive Vice President at Capgemini Invent guiding the Public Sector, I am a visionary leader championing IT transformation processes with a wealth of experience in public administration. My expertise lies in IT Governance, managing large-scale projects, driving user-centric service digitization, and vendor management.

I have strategically steered the digitalization of over 50 public services across 16 federal states and 70 municipalities, fostering a collaborative ecosystem that promotes scalable and reusable solutions. My role in this significant federal digital transformation has been pivotal in creating a unified, efficient approach to e-governance, ensuring that the services are accessible and user-friendly.

In the realm of career services, I managed the innovative overhaul of the Federal Employment Agency’s digital offerings. This project provided comprehensive, personalized career advice online and in person, shaping the agency’s strategic direction and aligning it with the evolving needs of the information society.

Furthermore, I led the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s strategic establishment in Germany, creating a robust digital presence and a network of influential partners, including the federal government. This has been a cornerstone in enhancing the Foundation’s philanthropic outreach and impact in continental Europe.

My leadership is rooted by a strong academic foundation with a Master’s in Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin. Certified in PRINCE2 by McKinsey’s Digital and Analytics, I combine strategic insight with practical experience to drive innovation and transformation in public services.
