Sverker Månsson

Sverker grew up in a laboratory. His father being a scientist analyzing plant sap nutrition for maximized plant health. Sverker started to study natural- and computer science but ended up with a business focus. After a severe burnout, Sverker went back to science, studied what causes stress and how can we prevent stress-related illness, and maximize human health. Together with psychologists and scientists, he created a fast and simple digital health coach. The solution supports the individual through self-reflection, advanced analytics, and nudging. Studies with an early version of the solution reduced stress by 18% AND created improved behavior in the population. The solution has since then improved for a better dialogue with the user and smarter analysis - we can’t wait to see the results with the next version.
