Prof. Yan Cui from Wuyi University, is one of the earliest pathfinders in China in the research and application of 3D digitization, is committed to bringing digital technologies to the everyday life of common people.
He is currently responsible for the strategic planning and R&D management of 4DAGE Technology and its Internet products. He is also the President of China-Germany Artificial Intelligence Institute.
He is honored as entrepreneurial talent in the Innovative Talents Promotion Project released by Ministry of Science and Technology, and acknowledged as Zhuhai High-Level Talent. Before the foundation of 4DAGE, Yan Cui was researcher of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) and the team leader of European Union research programs. His studies on computer vision and artificial intelligence have been published on top international journals and academic conferences, including 11 academic papers and speeches on CVPR, T-PAMI, SIGGRAPH, etc. He is also the recipient of IEEE T-PAMI May Star Cover Thesis.
