Prof. Dr. Katja Nettesheim is an expert in Transformation and Leadership in the AI Age. As founder and managing director of the transformation app Culcha and the transformation consultancy _MEDIATE, as a professor and as a member of several supervisory boards, she has been dealing with the success factors of the digital economy since 2005.
Even these “new” success factors are changing rapidly again due to the triumphal march of AI. So, we are entering the next phase of digital trans-formation – AI transformation. It provides to each one of us personally, to each company and to our country as a whole, what is probably the last chance to catch up with the world’s top countries.
Therefore, Katja’s mission is to make the whole of Germany fit for a future with AI. One channel for this is her book “AI Competence: For a Future in Prosperity”, which was published in November by the renowned specialist publisher Vahlen.
With Culcha, she supports transformers in companies by actually translating transformation strategies into behavior change among employees — with AI-supported behavior change technology based on neuroscience.
With her _MEDIATE team, she is responsible for and develops the digital and AI strategies of companies.
To instill the awareness for the necessity of AI competence in the public, she founded the KI-K Initiative, together with Dr. Anke Sax in September 2024. The aim is to send a massive impulse through the DACH countries for everyone to obtain AI competence as the key to a future in prosperity.
