Our infrastructure urgently needs to be innovated and made sustainable. My work focuses on the following companies and areas:
– Deutsche Bahn and other sustainable modes of transport
– Energy transition – energy generation & distribution

A large part of the investment for innovation goes into physics: gravel, tracks, stations, trains, signal boxes and systems for energy generation and distribution.

The decisive factor: *Digitalisation* is the game changer, it brings efficiency:
– create customer experiences
– provide much-needed incentives for the transformation
– generate valuable information for companies and customers
– eliminate disruptions and optimise processes
– reduce costs
– increase sales
– develop new business models
– implement regulatory requirements
– …
And this is exactly where my passion lies.

I bring the following experience and expertise to the table:
– Experience with consulting and development projects, total volume > 100 million euros
– 30 years of professional services
– Technical education (computer science) & several decades of business responsibility
– Clients over the last 30 years: Corporates (approx. 25% of DAX companies), SMEs & start-ups
