His experience ranges from raising early stage Venture Capital rounds (seed up to double digit $million) for start-ups and scaling them internationally to growing and turning around later stage-, private equity-, triple-digit million revenue businesses to a Fortune 500 Software company with over $5 billion in revenue and 20,000 employees.
He has been primarily involved with SaaS B2B/B2C-, AI, consulting- and fintech companies — with a focus on strategy, execution, raising capital, scaling, sales, product management and M&A — and most importantly building the best teams on the planet!
Prior that, Oliver worked on multiple acquisitions ranging from $750K to $700 million enterprise value and SunGard’s $11 billion Private Equity LBO (consortium of KKR, Silverlake, Bain, Goldman Sachs, TPG, Blackstone and Providence Equity) back then the biggest tech LBO ever and the second-largest leveraged buyout at the time.
