Kenza Ait Si Abbou

Kenza Ait Si Abbou Lyadini is a multi-award-winning expert and consultant in artificial intelligence.
She was born in Morocco, studied electrical engineering in Spain and business engineering in Berlin.
Having garnered valuable professional experience in Germany, Spain, and China, and after her last
position as CTO and Board Member at Fiege, she now leads Scailers as its founder and CEO,
focusing on AI implementation and scaling in the enterprise.
In 2020 Capital Magazine named her one of Germany’s Top 40 under 40. Im August 2020, her
Spiegel bestseller “Keine Panik, ist nur Technik” was published by Gräfe und Unzer Verlag. Im Jahr
2022, her children’s book “Meine Freundin Roxy: Roboterzähmen leicht gemacht” was released by
Tulipan Verlag. And in March 2023, her book “Menschenversteher” was published by Droemer
Verlag. The latter was nominated for the German Business Book Award.
In her keynotes and workshops, Kenza combines technical expertise with her motivating approach
and explains why digital transformation is not just about technology, but also requires a cultural
shift. She discusses the importance of data as the basis for AI-driven decisions, the challenges of
