– 15+ years of experience in different structures from administration to start-ups (including company commander & founder of a software company).
– A solid education as a Master Systemic Business Coach and Mediator.
– The experience as a son, grandson and family member in a larger family, who has experienced the generational change himself and gone through it internally.
– Extensive experience in the non-profit sector with various board positions and committee positions in non-profit entities.
