As a Partner and Global Public Sector Data & AI Leader at PwC, I drive initiatives to strengthen evidence-based policymaking and advance the digitization of public administration. With over a decade of experience in digital transformation within both the public and private sectors, my work has been recognized by Capital magazine, which named me twice among the “Top 40 under 40.” Previously serving as the first Chief Data Officer at the Federal Chancellery and as Chief Strategy Officer at Dataport – one of Germany’s largest public IT service providers – I have been actively engaged in implementing practical digital solutions and leading hands-on digital transformation projects. As a regular speaker and panelist at forums like the United Nations, European Commission, and international tech events, I contribute to global discussions on data and AI in the public sector, as well as on open-source technologies, cloud strategies, and startup ecosystems. In addition, I serve as a member of the United Nations DPI Safeguards Working Group, contributing to the development of global standards for secure, interoperable, and inclusive digital public infrastructure.Outside of work, I am passionate about rugby union and participate actively in this value-driven sport as a Bundesliga referee.
