As Senior Director for Dell Technologies, I have over 20 years of experience in data center sales. I enjoy leading and developing a team in order to help our clients meet new business demands and build secure digital workplaces.
I’m continually on the lookout for faster and more effective ways of working. With the recent rise generative AI, for example, there is a need to create new business models to drive future growth. Trends in the data center market have also changed, and many customers are moving away from centralized data centers to multi-cloud systems.
These technological trends and advancements are fascinating to me, and I love being able to share the latest insights and advice with my clients. I find working hands-on with both colleagues and customers especially rewarding.
Whilst I am centered in Germany and have lived in almost every region of the country, my interests span worldwide. I am interested in the societal changes created by the pandemic, particularly with more people working remotely from home. This has added a challenge to ensuring clarity in how people communicate, but it’s also shown how adaptable businesses can be in changing times.
I live on a farm with my four horses, and I see myself as a bit of a workhorse, aiming for efficiency in everything I do. My interest in technology is present both in work and outside of it – I’m currently aspiring to make my home completely energy independent using sustainable technology developed over the past 10 years.
