Bao-Y Van Cong

Bao-Y is an Investment Manager at Target Global, a €700m AUM international investment firm with offices in Berlin (HQ), London, Tel Aviv & Moscow and investing into European & Israeli tech companies. She focuses on venture capital investments at Series B and C stage and has been involved with the investments into Zoovu, a B2B SaaS company and in McMakler, a B2C company in the proptech space. Prior to joining Target Global, Bao-Y worked for Morgan Stanley’s mergers & acquisitions team in London and Sydney, advising corporates in the TMT / financial institutions and industrial sector. Bao-Y started her career in Germany, working for the retail bank Postbank before moving to London. Besides her interest in tech and SaaS, Bao-Y is also a surf-novice and a handstand rookie.
