My work brings together linguistics, AI, and questions of European digital sovereignty. I analyze how language shapes the reliability of AI systems – and translate these insights into strategy and decision-making. At the centre of my research is the question of how generative models handle meaning, especially in safety-critical environments, where meaning must remain coherent and reliable. I make these structures visible and actionable for real-world applications in developing better ways of understanding both where generative systems succeed and where they become unstable. I regularly engage in conversations on AI, digital sovereignty, and technological transformation through talks, panels, and interdisciplinary formats. My work in this context connects analytical depth with broader strategic and economic questions. In parallel, I work in strategy consulting and bring experience from corporate communications, research-driven projects, and data-oriented business contexts.
