Dr. Leonie Neuhäuser

I am a Research Team Lead for the Foundation Model Task Adaptation Team at DeepL. My team is working on post-training large (multi-modal) models and driving research in reinforcement learning. I previously led the Analytics & AI team at Amprion, one of Germany’s transmission system operators, and investigated group effects in networks and their impact on diversity and fairness in algorithmic decision-making as a doctoral researcher in the Computer Science department at RWTH Aachen University.
