I work on the question of how people in leadership positions can make responsible decisions in a time of growing complexity. My focus is on developing visions and translating them into clear strategic steps.
As the Co-Founder and CEO of BlackMountain, I build an environment in which people collaborate across disciplines toward a shared goal. I do not think of success as growth alone, but as impact that shapes markets sustainably – economically, ecologically, and socially.
At BlackMountain, we are developing a European intelligence orchestration platform that combines company knowledge and market signals with human and machine intelligence. Our aim is to enable leadership teams to make conscious decisions that align economic priorities with ethical considerations.
My responsibilities include team leadership, strategic business development, and building our network across the European technology and governance ecosystem. What drives me is the conviction that technology creates societal value only when it incorporates human judgment at its core. This belief shapes our product, our philosophy, and the way we work as a team.
